Friggin A Minus

The university I attend uses the plus and minus system for grading. They say it is for the student's benefit, but I just hate seeing an A- on my transcript. I can't get those points back and if I deserve an A-, then I deserve an A! Ugh. Instead of getting a 4.0 average this semester, I ended up with 3.9. I know this sounds silly, but my goal is to graduate with honors and I want to make sure that it happens. There are a lot of cockamamie policies, but this is the one that irks me the most. Sorry, had to vent.
